About this house sitting position in Newcastle

My wife, Lisa, and I are semi retired (in our 60’s) and plan to travel from 4 January 2027 to 31 January 2027
Our air conditioned three bedroom/two bathroom/two living room and one study brick house is in New Lambton, Newcastle. We are 15 minutes by car to various beaches and the city and a 15 minute walk to the huge bush park, “Blackbutt Reserve” with many klms of walking trails. It is a 5 minute walk to the suburban shopping village (six cafes last count). We have a large garden bordered by a rocky creek, a Labrador dog, a cat, one fish tank. Most of the garden has an auto watering system and there are many potted plants, both indoors and outside. We are looking for home carers who can look after the extensive garden (plenty of watering in the hot summer season) and be willing to do some sweeping and general outdoor maintenance.
A brief meeting before the occupation would be ideal.
