About this house sitting position in Ningi

Fully fenced 3/4 acre block in a quiet estuarine estate. 10 mins to Bribie Island bridge. 10 mins to M1. Bus to Caboolture rail station and Bribie Island approx 300m walk on Bribie Island Rd. Fruit and convenience store, butcher shop, weekend fish van approx 300m walk.
Caravan access and hook up available. Carport for vehicle.
3 bed low set renovated home on septic. A/C to living areas. Fans in all rooms. Gas cooktop, electric oven. Large outdoor area. BBQ available.

GARDENS 'N YARD.
NB: mowing may NOT be required for this short sit.
Established extensive gardens,+ fruit trees. Majority under manual irrigation.
Watering pots on patio and front of house required
Ride on mower. Usually takes about 60 mins if grass not too thick or long. Other garden tools - Whippersnipper , edger are battery operated and light weight. Push mowing optional. Pulling weeds, if noticed, appreciated.

PETS.
SASCHA... female border collie dog 11yrs.
Very friendly. Minimal to no medication.
Walks well on lead...daily walk appreciated.
Thoroughly enjoys ball throwing in house yard.
Sascha does not do well in storms or approaching storms. Frightened by noise of fireworks from Sandstone Pt Hotel (or sometimes in the estate.) Extremely important for sitters to be aware of weather conditions and home in these situations so Sascha can be with you feeling safe.
NB: due to our close proximity to Pumistone Passage and Ningi Creek mozzies and midgies are prevalent for a short period early morning/late afternoon throughout the year.

A meet n greet is preferred and greatly appreciated, if practical to arrange.

Definitely dates required OCT 16 -24
HOWEVER we are heading off in our caravan a couple of days after our return for approx two weeks....taking Sascha. You are welcome to stay the extra time. Definite plans yet to be finalised. Read more...
