About this house sitting position in Noranda

My sister and I live in Noranda WA (within 10k radius of Perth CBD) with our 11 year old medium size rescue dog, Siena. Our dog and house (2 story) are very important to us, and we definitely want to be sure we get the right people. We are after a semi retired single/couple, or someone that can spend a lot of time at the house e.g. works/studies from home. We would not feel comfortable with children and Siena together when we are not there, albeit she is a well behaved and lovely dog, she has never had children live with her. Siena has home prepared food which is easy to cook, and has a few medications that are just put in her food. She is an inside dog (including night time), needs 2 short walks/day, and absolutely loves companionship. We highly value experience, reliability, kind honest people, genuine dog lovers, and attention to detail/instructions. There is a 70 hectare Nature Reserve nearby that has very nice tracks & boardwalks, and there are kangaroos and other native wildlife there too. The house also backs onto a lovely park and we have a gate through to it. We don't have any lawn, but there are gardens & plants that will require some watering. There is no room at our house for a caravan and we don't allow other pets to come with a sitter. We are happy to let the right people use all of our facilities too, including outdoor covered spa in tropical garden, alfresco kitchen/BBQ, outdoor patio area with a wood fired pizza oven, and Cinema room.
