2 bedroom with study, 1 bathroom house with walking distance to Beach and The Parade , The Avenue Shops. A gentle cat to be cared for while owners are away. Not much garden to maintain - backyard has a few potted items and flower/veg path to water; front yard nothing to maintain. Sit comes with 1 queen size bedroom and storage space. Not keen to have anyone with their own animals. Nearby bus to take sitter to Geelong City if needed.
