About this house sitting position in Orange

Hi there many thanks for considering my Housesit. I would like a friendly reliable solo Female to care for my two lovely puppies while I am away for eight days in July. I have a 13 year-old female Koolie and a 2 year-old male Toy Poodle who are fully house trained
& very friendly in a lovely cozy warm house over winter with gas & electric heating, electric blankets. Internet, large TV & all the mod cons in beautiful Orange NSW. I live walking distance to town. Close to great trendy cafes & restaurants, parks & shops.
NB: if I cannot meet you in person before the Sit, I will require prior to agreeing to the Sit, a video chat & some form of photo ID as well as a recent police check & current referees.
And as Mindahome recommends a signed agreement.
