Comfortable and very low maintenance villa situated within 8 mins walk to train station, cafes etc. Situated 10 mins drive from vibrant Essendon, Moonee Ponds and major shopping centres. Close to city freeway access. Excellent ducted heating and cooling, chrome cast and wifi available Mostly need someone to babysit 17 year old cat, Harvey who spends most of his time sleeping but loves being beside you when awake. Gardening not required but maybe water a pot or two. My home would suit a house proud, single, mature lady. Require Police Check and references preferred.
