About this house sitting position in PEREGIAN SPRINGS

About Our Home:
We have a comfortable four-bedroom family home with spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a private pool. The house is easy to maintain and well-suited to responsible individuals/couples who will care for it as well as we have while we’re away.

Requirements:
As we will be spending the summer in Europe, we are seeking someone to care for our home as if it were their own.
Specifically, we need:

Responsible individuals or couples who are clean, respectful, and reliable.

Daily light upkeep inside the house (keeping the house tidy, basic cleaning as needed).

Pool maintenance, including checking chemical levels, and running the pool pump.

Watering of indoor plants and garden areas, if applicable.

Immediate communication in case of any issues (e.g., maintenance concerns, unexpected repairs).

No smoking inside the house and no large parties or events.

Preferably someone experienced with maintaining a pool and general home care.

We love our home and want to ensure it’s in excellent hands while we are away. In return, you’ll get to enjoy a wonderful, comfortable space in a great location and the company of our dearly beloved, 1-year-old chihuahua, Luca.
