About this house sitting position in perth

Hi there, my wife and I are off for a 6 week adventure overseas.
For that period we need a house sitter or house sitters.
We have 1 old friendly small, low maintenance dog, Bella. 1 free ranging easy care male giant rabbit, Kevin and 1 needy female rainbow lorikeet, Pocket.
Plus 3 large fairly easy care bird aviaries. Also a large flock of homing pigeons. To be released then locked up , on most days.
Some watering of plants.
We have room out the front for your car and caravan. 2 cars that will need some exercise!
You will have access to - free Wifi, close to train station, a double bed plus 2 singles, a shower, bathroom, toilet, smart TV with netflix, kitchen dining area, lounge and laundry. Quiet neighbors on a cul de sac. A large outdoor patio, to relax! An easy set house alarm system.
MUST BE NON- SMOKERS.
