100 acre Land for Wildlife property near the beach!

We reside on a beautiful 110 acre property that is mostly native bush land and established as a Land For Wildlife conservation area - home to many native birds, sugar gliders, frogs, owls, wallabies, and more! We run a hipcamp but it will be closed while we are away and you will have the property to yourself. (Option to keep the hip camp open and split the proceeds!) Perfect to set up your caravan or trailer and have a free stay at our beautiful hipcamp. There are many walking / bike trails throughout our property which you are welcome to explore. Location is 15 minutes from Grafton and 20 mins from Minnie Water beach. It is an absolute gem of a property and so close to some of the best spots Mid North Coast has to offer!
We have a small 2 bedroom cottage (Queen bed + bunk beds) but preferable if you have your own caravan / bus (wifi, laundry, water and power supplied). We have two cats (one indoor, one outdoor), two guinea pigs (outdoor patio enclosure) and a small flock of chickens. Our chickens are very dear to us and considered pets. They are friendly and enjoy being around people, plus free eggs! Preference is for someone who has experience with chickens, but not mandatory (as long as you're willing and able). Ideally come a day or two early for a handover and we can show you what is needed.
