About this house sitting position in Pimpama

We are looking for a responsible sitter for our beloved cat and dog while we are overseas.
The house is in a quiet spot in Pimpama, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have kids beds, 2 bedrooms have queen beds), 2 bathrooms, A/C in living/dining/kitchen and main bedroom, back patio area with table and chairs for outdoor dining, plenty of street parking, walkable to woolies/pub/shops in 15 mins, and public transport close by. We are approx 10 min drive from Westfield Coomera, less than 10 mins to M1 Pimpama entry/exit, 30 mins to Surfers Paradise,15/20 mins drive to MovieWorld/Wet n Wild/Paradise Country/Top Golf.
Our cat, Indie is 7yo and a beautiful cat. She is indoors/outdoors and we have a door which she uses to get herself in and out throughout the day as she pleases. Around 7pm she comes in for dinner and we keep the door closed so we ask someone be home at some point through the evening to do this and feed her. And again open the door up in the morning after feeding her, around 7am. So she is very low maintenance.
Our dog, Scout is 5yo and very much a people person. She requires a walk once a day, but is OK if she misses a day here and there when holidays or things get busy. She is pretty scared of other dogs and busy environments so we generally don't take her out and about or to dog parks and avoid other dogs on the street, but she loves all humans. She gets fed twice daily, with medication at night so requires someone to be around for that but other than that and a walk is pretty fine on her own (as is the case when we are at work daily).
