We live in a 3 bed duplex, you will have your own bedroom with queen bed. Open plan with kitchen, dining and lounge. Home is very clean and tidy. All neighbours are quite and friendly, with tidal creek at end of street. Our dogs are mostly outside and cats are inside, with an outside enclosure. No smoking or pets, we cannot accommodate children. Cheers
