Our home in Prospect, SA is in a lovely street in a great area. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Public transport within 2 minutes walk. 5 kms out of Adelaide CBD.
The house is 1926 fully renovated, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms set up as studies. There is a lovely kitchen for cooks.
Undercover parking for 2 cars, lock up roller door.
The garden is fully landscaped and has automatic watering, but we do like to ensure it is tended to. The lawn area needs mowing. The pond needs a water top up every 2nd day in summer.
The animals, pretty easy really, a fish pond out the back, fish fed daily. Our cat, Claude, spends most of his days and nights outside, and comes in for brekky and dinner each day. He might let you pat him, but can be aloof.
All in all, a great house in a great area, close to city, Adelaide oval, public transport and lots in walking distance.
