About this house sitting position in Ravenshoe

We have a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom home on 5 acres in the beautiful Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland.

We have chickens, a couple of roosters, 2 german shepherd puppies (9 months) who need walking every day and 2 cats. Plus some herbs and fruit trees to water.

We are only a 5 minute drive from the nearby town of Ravenshoe, which has all the essentials, including 2 pubs, a bakery, 2 supermarkets and a couple of cafes.

We are going away over Christmas and need a trustworthy housesitter who loves animals!

The Wet Tropics are right on our doorstep! We live in on the edge of the Misty Mountains about 2 hours inland from the coast. Koombooloomba Dam, a popular fishing spot, is about a 20 minute drive. Innot Hot Springs is about 20 minutes in the other direction. We have waterfalls and waterholes laid on (no crocs up here either!) And there's a local market somewhere in the Tablelands every weekend too.

The Tablelands are a truly spectacular part of Australia - this is a wonderful opportunity for the right house sitter.
