Only two blocks to the restaurant, precinct, the Red Cliff, Sunday markets, RSL, and beachfront shops. Private home that is fully fenced and overlook a big park. The park looks like the front yard from the house. The veterans community pool is in the park as well as the Redcliffe, museum. The house is home to two energetic dachshunds, who like lots of walks.
