About this house sitting position in Rivervale

We have a 3 bedroom weatherboard house with a heated pool just 4 km from the city of Perth and very close to the river. There are footpaths/cycle paths all the way to the stadium and Matagarup bridge across to East Perth, south Perth and the city. We have off road gated car parking which could fit a 22 ft van at a push. We would like you to keep the house clean ( it will be clean on arrival and will have all cleaning products etc), clean and get the pool tested - use pool chemicals if required, clean the filters of the pool weekly , mow the lawn and look after our 2 year old retriever puppy dog. She cannot be left for more than 6 hours at a time and not at all during the night. She is well mannered and delightful xx She can only go for a maximum walk of 40 minutes twice a day when it’s cooler but CANNOT go to the beach at all ( happy to chat about why).

She’s a smart, sweet pup who brought us so much joy during our stay. Lorraine was warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-organized.
