About this house sitting position in Rivervale

We have a 3 bedroom weatherboard house with a heated pool just 4 km from the city of Perth and very close to the river. There are footpaths/cycle paths all the way to the stadium and Matagarup bridge across to East Perth, south Perth and the city. We would like you to keep the house clean ( it will be clean on arrival and will have all cleaning products etc), clean and get the pool tested - use pool chemicals if required, clean the filters of the pool weekly , and look after our 1.8 year old retriever puppy dog and our indoor only cat Indy. Lily the dog cannot be left for more than 6 hours at a time but she is delightful xx She can only go for a maximum walk of 50 minutes twice a day when it’s cooler but CANNOT go to the beach at all ( happy to chat about why).

“We really enjoyed our 7 weeks caring for sweet Lily. She is a beautiful natured young girl and a pleasure to care for, we looked forward to our daily walks with Lily around the lovely area. We met Lorraine and Ian before our sit and they both were very good with communicating and explaining their needs for Lily and home, and left clear, easy to follow instructions, which made the sit relaxed and enjoyable.. They were easy to contact if needed while away. It was also lovely to cool off in there pool during the hot weather. We would happily house sit again and highly recommend caring for Lily and your home. Thanks again ☺️ V&R ”

“We had a great time looking after Lily. She likes to play and we felt very comfortable going for walks with her. Plus, communication with Lorraine and Ian was really good and their house is well located. They also gave us some tips for our next stops on the road, thank you so much ! ”

“We’ve just completed a 3-week house sit for Lorraine and her gorgeous 7-month-old golden retriever puppy, Lily, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lily was an absolute delight—full of energy, affection, and charm. We loved taking her on daily walks, continuing her training, and watching her playful personality shine. She’s a smart, sweet pup who brought us so much joy during our stay. Lorraine was warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-organized. She provided us with clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and confident looking after both Lily and her lovely home. The house was clean, comfortable, and easy to care for, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We'd be more than happy to sit for Lorraine again in the future and highly recommend her home and Lily to fellow sitters. ”
