About this house sitting position in Rivervale

We have a 3 bedroom weatherboard house with a heated pool just 4 km from the city of Perth and very close to the river. There are footpaths/cycle paths all the way to the stadium and Matagarup bridge across to East Perth, south Perth and the city. We would like you to keep the house clean ( it will be clean on arrival and will have all cleaning products etc), clean and get the pool tested - use pool chemicals if required, clean the filters of the pool weekly , and look after our 1.8 year old retriever puppy dog and our indoor only cat Indy. Lily the dog cannot be left for more than 6 hours at a time but she is delightful xx She can only go for a maximum walk of 50 minutes twice a day when it’s cooler but CANNOT go to the beach at all ( happy to chat about why).

“We really enjoyed our 7 weeks caring for sweet Lily. She is a beautiful natured young girl and a pleasure to care for, we looked forward to our daily walks with Lily around the lovely area. We met Lorraine and Ian before our sit and they both were very good with communicating and explaining their needs for Lily and home, and left clear, easy to follow instructions, which made the sit relaxed and enjoyable.. They were easy to contact if needed while away. It was also lovely to cool off in there pool during the hot weather. We would happily house sit again and highly recommend caring for Lily and your home. Thanks again ☺️ V&R ”

She’s a smart, sweet pup who brought us so much joy during our stay. Lorraine was warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-organized.
