About this house sitting position in ROSEBUD

Single/couple must love cats, preferably non-smokers required for our beautiful shy cat and home. Newly renovated bathroom, freshly painted throughout, minimalist cosy house very comfortable, great garden and back deck with couches and table and chairs to enjoy indoor outdoor living year round. Kitchen is yet to be renovated but is fully functional.

We are 3km from the beach (bay) and 9km from Rye Ocean beach. Outdoor bath with hot/cold water to relax in under the stars in the backyard. Local shopping strip only 150m with major supermarkets and a plaza 5 min drive.

11 yo cat Poppy is shy and sleeps mostly during the day and looks out the windows all night. Outside on a long lead during the day if she wants, has done this since a kitten as we use to live near busy roads. Has survived a fox attack once so cannot be outside at night. She can be shy at first. Poppy needs feeding and water and kitty litter kept clean and a lap when she decides she wants one, secret is to have her blanket on your knees lol.

We'd appreciate watering of veggie garden and pots if no rain, hoses for sprinklers and soaker hoses are all set up just need to turn on the taps. No need to do any gardening or mowing but you're welcome to pick and enjoy any herbs and veggies that are ready.

There are so many cafes, wineries, golf courses, beaches, markets and attractions to enjoy while you are here you won't be bored. We have comfortable lounges and a decent size tv with Netflix for your enjoyment.
