About this house sitting position in RUSSELL ISLAND

My home is very comfortable on Russell Island in Moreton Bay. An island paradise in a Country way. Cool breezes cut the Qld heat in summer.
It is accessible via a 20 minute ferry ride from Redland Bay Marina across the bay. Cost only 50c , how good is that. My island car may be available for approved sitters. If you want your own vehicle then a barge trip is required at greater expense.
With 3bedrooms and an Office, 2 with Queen beds and 1 with sofa bed. An ensuite plus a full bathroom including a bath.
Large open plan living/dining/kitchen with 3 slider door onto a long verandah on the eastern side of house. A further verandah on western side to access clothes line etc.
8m garage with manual roller door. Fully fenced yard with low maintenance native garden at front, flowerbed along the eastern side and pot plants inside and on the verandah with a bush house end for sensitive plants.
I will need someone to care for my lovable dog Patch as if their own . Feed, walk, pat.
Plus water pot plants as directed. The garden should be OK with regular rain but occasionally may need a water. There is no lawn to mow as paths around the garden are pebbled and my kind neighbor mows the nature strip.
It is a quiet , relaxing vibe on this island. An active Art scene is enjoyed by locals and visitors can dip into. Painting, pottery, moziacs enjoyed.
The local IGA has everything you need, ccoffee van in The Farm Park,, Dumpling van and several cafes , RSL and Bowlo all service us well.
An ideal home and place to hunker down for a quiet time in nature. Wetlands walks and Sandy Beach to take Patch for walks.
We all love our Island Homes. So people are happy and friendly and stress free.
