About this house sitting position in Saratoga

Hi, I'm Liz. I'm looking for a single female house/pet sitter as my 2 dogs are nervous in the presence of men. There is also a cat to look after and he is 17 years old.

My house is a comfortable house that is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the shops, and it is close to the beaches. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy these amenities. There is space on the driveway to park your car and also the front lawn for a caravan.
The 1st bedroom has a double sized bed and it is for my guest. In between the 1st and 2nd bedroom is the guest bathroom/toilet. The master bedroom with ensuite is located at the back of the house.
There is a small backyard for the dogs to run around in, and also a covered deck for the dogs and cat.
Local Amenities: The strip shopping centre is within a short walking distance. It has a bakery, pharmacy, cafe, grocery store and medical centre to name a few. There is also a service station to refuel your car. Nearby are the beaches, namely, Avoca (about 10 kms) and Ettalong (about 17 kms).
I have two dogs and one cat.

My Dogs:
Butch is a Cattle Dog cross and Zoey is a Staffy cross. Both are large dogs (approx. 25.5kg & 33.1kg). They are 7.5 years old.
Butch and Zoey are often nervous at first with meeting strangers but will be relaxed with proper introduction. Being food motivated they soon become friendly when they realise you have yummy treats for them.
They know basic commands like "sit", "stay" (even though they only stay for a short while), "drop", "on the deck", "kennel", "let's go", "go to bed", "upstairs", "leave-it" and "heel". Butch and Zoey are not social with other dogs.
Butch has an immense dislike for birds so when I am out or away from the house, they stay on the covered decking at the back of the house. I always close the gate on the deck to ensure they remain on the deck. They have their own crates which they sleep in at night or when they need to rest during the day. You will often see the cat using one of their crates to sleep in during the day.
Butch and Zoey are mainly outside but if it is too cold or raining heavily, they will gladly be inside.
The care Butch and Zoey require are:
1. Feeding twice a day. Their breakfast is usually between 6.30am to 7.30am and dinner is between 6.00pm to 7.00pm.
2. About 5 - 10 minutes run around in the backyard in the morning, afternoon and evening to stretch their legs and do their business. Please pick up their waste as soon as they have done their business and put it in the lined blue coloured bin in the garage.
3. Change the water in their water bowl daily. There are three, one is on the deck and the other two are near the tap on ground level.

You don't need to walk Butch and Zoey. While I'm away, my dog walker will call in once or twice a week to walk them.

My Cat:
Silver the cat is about 17 years old. He is deaf and suffers from arthritis.
Silver is shy with strangers. He hides when he sees unfamiliar people but will eventually come out if there is food. You may need to give him time to get used to your presence.
Having been a stray cat, Silver prefers to be outside with the dogs. He might come into the house but will only want to exit shortly thereafter. He sleeps and eats his food in the garage. His litter trays and water bowl are also in the garage.
Silver's care::
1. Feeding twice a day. Silver gets two sachets of cat food, once in the morning and then in the evening. I will give him one sachet of food around noon if he shows up and asks for it.
2. Litter trays to be attended to twice a day and his used litter also goes into the blue coloured bin. Please rinse the trays every couple of days.
3. Change the water in his water bowl daily. Silver's water bowl is in the garage.
