About this house sitting position in South Bunbury

Hi looking for someone or couple who loves dogs to stay at my subdivide house - 2 bedroom one bathroom to look after my 7 yr old border collie cross.
He is an inside/ outside dog ( sleeps inside) and can be reactive to some dogs so looking for someone without their own animals.

He will need to be walked at least every second day would prefer daily, play fetch in yard on days not walked, fed twice a day.
Other requirements water the house plants once a week.
Lawn is on reticulation so no need to water.

Property is only a short walk from the beach, wildlife park, local cafe.
On a quiet street.

Non- smoker please.
