About this house sitting position in St kilda

Hi. I have a immediate requirement for someone to house sit for 5 days from monday to friday in st Kilda Melbourne apartment overlooking the spectacular beach. Key to be collected on Sunday in person. In exchange for staying i would need someone to be available in the house over next week to accept any courier or mail or packages.

1. This is a new apartment where I am setting it up. Basic furniture only available and you will be provided with a bed and a bedroom with ensuite.
2. Utilities like internet, gas, electricity and water will be provided for free for the 5 days.
3. Other furniture like a fridge and washing machine will be provided over the next week.
4. Only help required while you are staying is to ensure the packages are collected.
5. No other pets or visitors allowed during your stay
6. Definitely no house party! :)
7. Keys to be returned on leaving and the property to be left in a good state as it was when you came in.
