About this house sitting position in Stoneville

You will have access to the whole house. It is 2 Storey. There is living area, bedroom, shower, toilet and basins upstairs.  Downstairs has living area , kitchen with walk in pantry, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin.  Utility Room has a toilet too.  Access to garden is from both sides of house.  We are 5 min drive from Mundaring which has the 2 main supermarkets, cafes and farmers markets.  There is a local fresh supermarket in walking distance which is the Post Office too.  Midland train station is 20mins drive and Guildford train station is 30 min drive. There are lovely walks to do in the vicinity and it's a short drive to places like Kalamanda, Lake Leschenaultia, Mundaring Weir etc.  Historical townsites, York and Guildford are great places to visit too.  The area boasts some great pubs close by and Swan Valley is only a 25min drive away.
We are looking for sitter/s either retired or who wfh and will be at home for majority of the day. ( I wfh and the dogs and cats are used to having access to the garden). Ideally you will be familiar with Perth Hills weather conditions during summer!  Please note there could be a buffer of a day or two either side of the dates provided at this stage.
The cats need to be fed separately as Ginger tends to scoff his food and then eats Taylah's! He does better having small amounts often rather than big meals and Taylah is fed morning and evening.. Ginger is very vocal and once gets to know you likes a chin rub!  Taylah tends to sleep a lot and very much a lap cat. Both need to be in at night.  They both do use a litter tray.
Amber is very food driven and eats anything so important to feed her separate to the others. She generally gets on well with other dogs and only requires a couple of short walks during the day.   We have only had Patch a couple of months and currently he does not go out for walks, due to experiences with previous owner.
The ducks need their drinking water changed least once a day and their paddling pools about once a week..  They are fed morning and afternoon, as too the chickens, with 'treats' during the day.  The ducks free roam the garden and as with the chickens, need to be locked away before dark.
 
The garden is very low maintenance.  There is retic but a few outside pots may need watering, depending on the weather at the time.  
The fish will need feeding once a week.   Be great if the pump can be cleaned out as well.. 
There are a few indoor plants that may need watering but probably only once or twice in time we be away. Read more...
