About this house sitting position in Stoneville

I have a 3 bedroom (one with ensuite) 1970s home on 2000sqm in the Perth Hills. I need a sitter to look after the house and garden (keep area around the house reasonably tidy, keep an eye on fallen branches , gutters etc in winter weather, generally treat it as their own home) whilst I go to the UK to see family. There is room for a camper or caravan in the front garden. I don't have pets but cats are fine if kept indoors (because of bandicoots) or dogs - the garden is dog proof if they are not escape artists😊I am in a quiet area, about 3kms from Mundaring which has 3 supermarkets, doctor, cafes etc. 3 nice pubs within 5km. Public transport is not good, only 5 buses a day to Midland and nothing back after 6pm so your own car would be best. Lots of walk trails around and close to national parks and state forest. 20 minutes drive to Midland which is a suburb with an enormous shopping centre and 20mins to the city centre on the train. About an hour to the coast. Since it is a long sit, I would prefer a contribution to power and wifi - around $75 a month but we can discuss. A police clearance and references would be great.
