About this house sitting position in Sunshine

Hello! We have a 3-bedroom house, with a nice private outdoor with BBQ and patio.
You will sleep in the guest room, with a queen size bed and a very comfy Koala mattress. The third room is an office room with adjustable standing desk, extra monitor and walking pad.
The garage has a gym and 1 outdoor car spot (2 might be available on request)
We have a 65 inch TV, with PS5 and Switch.
We have a robot vacuum.
The house is located in front of Kororoit Creek trail, which is a beautiful park. It is also 7 minutes walk to Sunshine train station and 20 minutes train to the CBD. If you drive, we are 15 minutes drive to Highpoint and 20 minutes drive to Altona or Williamstown beach.

We have 3 beautiful furbabies!
Two cats, Minou and Coco, and one dog, Pookie. We have 2 robot litters, so minimun cleaning for the cats, which leaves times for lots of cuddles (especially from Coco). Pookie is very easy going and she can be walked once per day in the park, but if it rains you don't have to worry as she will just use the outdoor.
All pets have access to the garden via a pet door.
