About this house sitting position in Tanah Merah

A house sitter is required for the period 14/7/2025 to 4/8/2025. Property is 30 kms south of Brisbane and about 50 kms north of the Gold Coast. (Not single storey home) Split level, some steps inside & out, semi-rural block, quiet area, small home, room for your car only, slightly hilly, easy to keep. Older home but comfy. Non-smoking property. More suited to an older, retired couple. A couple of brushtail possums to feed and pat on occasions if they appear, they live in nesting boxes, no big jobs, just check the letter box and put the bin out, keep decks free of leaves. Bushy rural retreat, quiet, close to shops, doctors and a hospital. Wi-fi available.
