About this house sitting position in TANUNDA

Our house is located in a new estate in Tanunda. We are a 5 minute walk from some wineries and a 20 minute walk into central Tanunda. We have 2 cats. One is an older cat that is mainly indoors. She needs to be given medicine twice a day but is extremely placid and this is an easy job. The other cat you will probably not see because it is very shy but is indoor/outdoor and uses the cat door to get in and out. We have 7 chickens in 2 different pens. They will really only need the eggs collected, as I have setup feeders and drinkers that will provide the required food and water for the duration we are away. Minimal garden watering may be needed of the veggie patch in the back yard by turning on the drippers and one wine barrel filled with flowers. We also have some low maintenance fish.

“We really enjoyed our stay looking after Lilah, Stormy and Lana and the 6 chickens. A quiet, well located modern family home in the township of Tanunda, easy walking distance to Lang Meil and Peter Lehman wineries and a short drive to Nuriootpa. Angus and Avy really provided all the information we needed and with the feeding systems setup for the cats and chooks made our job really easy. ”

“we happily returned for a second visit to look after Angus's place and the animals. As before we received really clear instructions on what was required for feeding, watering and cleaning, which although very straightforward, makes things very much easier. Angus's place is in a lovely location and we really enjoyed our relaxing stay while looking after Delilah and Lana, the two lovely cats as well as the chickens. Thank you again .”

“Our stay of 4 days with cats Lilah and Lana plus 2 groups of chooks and goldfish was very enjoyable. Lilah loved our attention and pats but Lana remained quite shy. Angus communicated well and had written notes to make the sit easy. The region has plenty of activities to enjoy and was very pretty in Spring. We would recommend this sit to others and would be happy to sit another time.”
