About this house sitting position in Tecoma

We have a comfortable split-level 3-bedroom house and garden on a sloping block not far from Sherbrooke forest which we share with 2 indoor cats. We're seeking an experienced house-sitter who can care for cats. Claude (the tuxedo) is outgoing and needy for affection, whereas Felix (the ginger) is very timid and skittish, and hides under beds/couches until he gets used to strangers. This means some supervision is needed at feeding time to ensure Felix gets his share, as Claude is greedy and pushy where food is concerned. The main tasks will be maintaining the cat litter trays daily, vacuuming/sweeping as required, and watering indoor and outdoor pot plants periodically. The garden will come alive in spring but we do not expect the house-sitter to do any maintenance.
The Belgrave and Upwey shopping/cafe strips are a short drive (or long walk) away. Tecoma railway station is 10-15 mins walk away.
