About this house sitting position in Tewantin

, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY , THIS IS FOR MINDING MY DOG ,while I go overseas, i have a regular gardener , no other maintenance require just than Gus , and MY DATES are totally flexible as I WILL NOT ORGANISE any travel until i am reassure GUS care for by genuine person who is a genuine dog rescue lover animal

AS I AM RETIRED AND GUS IS NOT USED TO BE LEFT ALONE ALL DAY , he need going to the doggy beach early morning or the lake for a good 2 hours , then he rest in the heat of the day and then I take him to a gentle small walk at 3.30 , 4 pm around my house and to Noosa river as I lives walking distance to the Noosa River
He is a rescue a red heeler cross kelpie and the RSPCA had to amputee his right back leg BUT even with only 3 legs but he run fast , but I do not encourage him to run , it is better swimming as not to put too much effort on his single back legs and joins for the future , I teach him not to jump and I do not play "tug of wars " to avoid stress on his back leg
HE is around 2 years old , , very social and love every one and all doggies and cats ..he could play all day long .. he is good with paddling with me on the sub ..he totally love the water
GUS is a bundle of love , however he require an assertive person who is use to Australian cattle dog,

he has a good recall except when he see a bush tucker lol .., he is very smart , but one must be firm as any puppy , he is very Chicky

in the heat of the day , Gus is happy resting inside the house .he got his own sofa , and doing his siesta as you can see in the picture .

My house is modest for ( Noosa standard) , all insulated , fan , air con , , timber floor, very private and calm large bedroom with queen bed for the main bedroom and second bedroom available for your friends and family to visit ( as it is fine by me under certain condition ) 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets .the property is surrounded by trees and in a very calm street of old Tewantin ( Noosa ),
large garden all fences secure , , , ..ect ..room for caravan or van to park in my property if you wish so .happy to let you have access to my car on certain conditions as I am a Gold member with RACQ
it is IMPORTANT AND I INSIST ( no exception ) to meet and greed in PERSON prior to commit to care for Gus ( having been myself a doggy siter on this web site you can see my references and i always did take the time and efforts to meet the doggy or cats and their owner person prior to any commitment especially long term )happy to chat on video first BUT WE MUST MEET IN PERSON to see the connection between Gus and the carer and your own doggy if you have one
And your doggy is welcome too if you have one .

Must be a GENUINE dog lover , and not leaving Gus alone too long , as i am retired and Gus is not left alone more than 6 hours a day , so this will not suit a person working full time outside
he does not bark and very kind and love a cuddle .

Gus is registered with Noosa council and he is insured for all events or accidents and up to date with all vaccination .And i have always on standby , a local person, Nettie who care for him at her farm , time to time and know him in case you need to go away for a short few days
