About this house sitting position in Tuncurry

Have a comfortable 2 bedroom home, located in security gated over 55's village, "Crystal Waters Estate", with minimal garden to maintain. My Tonkinese cat "Mista" is a well trained indoor cat who enjoys lazing in the sun with his harness and leed on in back courtyard on a nice day or snooze in his igloo bed indoors cooler days. 2 mini meals a day morning and afternoon. He will tell you around 8.30pm he is ready to go for his half hour walk on his harness/leed in the village Has many facilities..i.e. swimming pool, tennis court, lawn bowls a community building which holds many activities,library of books, dvd's, etc, computer room, pool table.
It is walking distance to local shopping centre, restaurant/cafes, hotel also to local beach with a Rock Pool.
