We have a single level modern home on a hill top bordering on rural land. We have excellent neighbours and the street is a no exit haven.

Our yard is fully fenced, there is parking under an attached carport.

We have high speed, no data limit internet service.

We have Netflix and Amazon connections services.

We are a 15 minute walk from an IGA, Cafe/Restaurant, Vet Clinic, Pharmacy, Medical Centre. Huge park and good walks all around.

A short drive to Coles Supermarket or Keperra Shopping Complex.

Our Pets:
We have a Ragdoll cat and a Cockerlier (King Charles/Spaniel cross) mid size female dog. Both are very friendly and lap up attention.

We prefer live in work from home sitters, who are happy to care for our pets and make themselves at home.

Bella our dog loves trips in the vehicle, so day trips work out fine.
