High set Queenslander closed in underneath completely secured, 3 bedrooms + office, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets 1 downstairs (upstairs seperate to bathroom) downstairs laundry. We have a cat he is very easy to look after, he can come Into the house during the day (his food is in the bathroom he gets fed in the morning and evening, but he goes outside at night. We have a garden that will need watering and the yard will need mowing. (Not a big problem if you can’t I can make arrangements to have it done) . Thank you!
