Well located home in inner Warragul, Gippsland Victoria. Quiet street near to the Warragul CBD. Our home has a modern kitchen and bathroom with a large living area. Feel free to use Foxtel, Paramount and Netflix.
There is an attractive front garden with porch. A larger verandah overlooks a medium size rear yard with lovely views. No maintenance is required unless you want to : )
We have one dog - Ruby, a delightfully easy Staffy. She is 6. She will chill all day but is always up for a walk.
Our home is a 700-metre walk to the CBD where there's good restaurants, coffee, an Arts Centre and a theatre... plus supermarkets and shops! Nearby is a delightful walking trail.
