Two Bedroom(1 with ensuite), Two Bathroom (1 with bath) One Balcony, Split level top floor(level 10) Apartment in Waterloo(Sydney Inner City) 5 min walk from buses(15mins to Sydney cbd), parks, restaurant, pubs. Spacious newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities - large oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender and dishwasher. Study Nook for those WFH and a laundry area in the bathroom that includes a washing machine and dryer. We also have a beautiful and comfortable living area, stocked with board games, a large smart television with Netflix and free wifi for you to utilise as well! We will provide a guide with recommended restaurants, cafes, shopping centres to help you get the most of your stay etc. We will Require you to water our plants twice weekly, mop the balcony daily(and wash pee mats) and also provide a 10 min walk twice daily and feed our beautiful miniature dachshund twice daily. Her name is Marla, She is 8 and is so kind and gentle natured , toilet trained and very quiet(especially in relation to other dachshunds) plus she LOVES a cuddle!
