Comfortable house with extensive native gardens and outdoor living areas in a quiet suburban street near bushland walking paths. Close to the bayside in Redland City, about 25km east of Brisbane CBD. We are 5 minutes drive to the water (still water) and close to Stradbroke island ferry and from there by bus to beautiful surf beaches . Train station is 4km away. 7km to major shopping centres, and a 5 minute walk to a nearby independent supermarket. We have two cats and two dogs - one of the dogs is a 45kg Maremma - they can be quite protective and you would need to be very comfortable around large dogs (big sook once she knows you). Fast internet, and large TV with streaming. A music room (piano) for those so inclined.
