1 Dog will be required to be looked after, she is a kelpie cross cattle dog. She is 6 years old. Very friendly and full of energy.
Home has lovely views of monument hill, with access to a park at the rear of the house.
Linen , towels , furniture is all included.
Garden at rear of home is self watering, but Garden at front of house will require watering. Being the time of year , it should only require to be watered once.
Happy to take a phone call , and show the house through via facetime/video call.
