About this house sitting position in West End

My property is a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom unit. It's very well kept - clean and tidy. The property itself is based in a lovely area of West End and is incredibly close to public transport routes into Brisbane City.
I have a workstation with two monitors, which can be used for any work-from-home requirements.
There is also a secure underground parking space available.
Prospective home sitters will have full use of the facilities, which include: 2 x gyms, 3 x swimming pools, BBQ area and herb garden.
I have two 4-year-old cats - Twiggy & Yoko (sisters) - whom I need looking after whilst I’m on an overseas holiday. They are both very well-behaved, healthy cats and will only need companionship and feeding. They are indoor-only cats, so are very low maintenance to look after.
Ideally, I would prefer a solo female sitter (no couples), as Twiggy & Yoko are far more relaxed and comfortable around female visitors.

“Chris was an excellent home-owner to sit for. He gave me a thorough tour of the complex and left instructions that were thoughtfully detailed without being pedantic. His apartment was neat and tidy, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. His pair of cats were straightforward to care for and good company. Chris' place is an easy walk to shops, cafés, and Brisbane River. There's a close bus stop and the city is a short ride away. The apartment complex has good amenities, including pool and gym. Chris himself was welcoming, organised, and communicated clearly. I highly recommend Chris and his cats.”
