Family home with large open living areas. Deck and pool. Two available bedrooms downstairs, one with queen bed, the other a single. Bathroom also downstairs. Additional bedroom upstairs with a double bed, as well as another bathroom. Cafes and restaurants of Edge Hill nearby. Green arrow walking trail nearby. We have two big dogs who spend most of their time indoors and are house trained. Teddy is a golden retriever who has energy and loves attention. He likes to have a run around the nearby dog park. Rex is an older 3-legged boy who no longer walks too far and is content just to laze about. He is not always friendly with other dogs. Teddy loves everyone! They are used to being home alone during the day, are fed in the evenings. We have some indoor plants that could do with a water once a week or so. And someone to scoop dog poo from the back yard. We have a pool with a robot vacuum but topping up with water and basic maintenance will keep it nice to swim in.
