We have a neat and tidy 4 bedroom brick veneer home with reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood heater. A spacious outdoor and barbeque area with 4 car park and room for a caravan with height restrictions. We have 2 dogs a blue healer and a red healer who are 3 years old and not friendly with other dogs. We are approximately 500m from main shopping centre and 7km from the local beach with a famous new circular jetty. We are at the begining of the eyre peninsula and 80km from the flinders rangers.
