## Cosy Cul-de-Sac Home with Friendly Kitten – Caravan Space Available!

The Opportunity
Clean, comfortable, and cosy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home located in a quiet suburban cul-de-sac. We are looking for a reliable and caring house sitter to look after our property and keep our sweet 11 month-old kitten company while we are away.

Our home features reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, ensuring you will stay comfortable regardless of the weather. One of the highlights of the property is our undercover, enclosed outdoor patio - a peaceful spot to relax with a morning coffee or an evening book.

There is space to park a caravan on the quiet road directly out the front of the property.

Pet Care Duties
Your primary and most important role will be looking after our delightful 11 month-old kitten.
* Indoor Only: She is strictly an indoor cat, though she absolutely loves spending time safely watching the world from the enclosed patio.
* Bedtime Routine: She is fully accustomed to a set bedtime routine and happily sleeps in her own bed in the bathroom each night.
* Company: Being a young kitten, she is very friendly and thrives on human companionship, play, and affection, though she is also used to alone time, as we work through the day.

Home & Garden Care
We keep a clean and tidy home and ask that you maintain this standard during your stay.
* Plants: There are a couple of house and garden plants that will require minimal watering to keep them alive and healthy.
* Security: Keep the home secure, collect the mail, and put the bins out on collection day.

Location & Lifestyle
You will enjoy the peace and quiet of a suburban cul-de-sac while still being exceptionally close to everything you need. Robina Shopping Centre - featuring supermarkets, department stores, cafes, and essential services is just a short 7-minute drive away. Beautiful beaches are only a 15 minute drive away.
