About this house sitting position in Wurtulla

Brand new townhouse just 10 mins walk to the beach! 3 bed 2 bath. Queen bed in master with giant bathrooms, double in the spare room and a study. There is all the necessities within a 10 minute drive, shops 2 mins away. Maroochydore is 15 minutes away. (Sorry photos are from when we just moved in)

We are looking for someone to look after our beautiful cat and make sure our plants don't die. She is 2 years old and quite friendly, enjoys a lot of company, so we would prefer to keep her in the house than in a cattery. She is an indoor cat ONLY and therefore has a litterbox.
The garden is super low maintenance just needs watering every day, no lawn to mow etc.

There is a shared pool/BBQ within the complex you will be able to access.

Looking for a clean, reliable person/couple/young family that is communicative. Will require good references and ID provided. We would be fully contactable in case of any emergencies.
