Easy low maintenance, access to two bedrooms if needed. Separate bathroom and toilet. Small yard with veg garden. Close to the beach and walking distance to town, coastal pathway for walking or bike riding. We have 1border collie 11years old, 2 British shorthair cats 10 & 6, inside only, 4 chooks who lay beautiful eggs.& 1fighter fish.
