About this house sitting position in YALLAMBIE

Our 4 bed home is in the leafy suburb of Yallambie. Kitchen, lounge and bedrooms all have AC. It's a friendly family area with playgrounds and parks and trails (I'll leave some walk suggestions) in every direction for those who enjoy walking. Although a 4 bed, its best to accommodate 2 couples and a baby/toddler as the current setup is a king bed in room 1 downstairs, queen in room 2 upstairs, cot in room 3 upstairs and the 4th room (also upstairs) is set up as an office. However an inflatable queen mattress is available (along with bedding) and can be set up in there.
We ask that while you enjoy the home, you also take care of our small dog Sami. He's a 7 year old Shi tzu mix. No special requirements - just a 30 min walk (plenty of trails around us) and a meal at 6pm. He's very food motivated so we've taught him a few tricks. Feel free to add to these skills! He's good with young kids and most dogs, though if you are bringing a pet to stay, I would prefer them to meet before hand so we see how they interact.
