Someone not working full time, dogs not used to being left for long periods. Shopping mall 5 mins away. Telstra TV, incl Stan and Netflix, excellent wifi. Easy care home on cottage block, with reverse cycle aircon, use of garage. Nice quiet neighbourhood, Opposite park, private garden to sit and enjoy views.
