1850's cottage, 2 bedrooms neat tidy bathroom outside.
on 2 acres. Vege garden, chooks, geese, 2 goats 3 sheep. 1 free range rabbit. Would need animals to be fed daily very easy & organised. pick up eggs daily and a bit of hand watering if necessary depending on weather conditions.
House is air conditioned & a good wood fire with gas hot water for showering etc.
