When filtering by State, you may see sitters from other states listed as well. That’s because those sitters have nominated they are willing to house sit in more than one state (some have chosen all Australia). They are all candidates for positions in the selected state.
We save you time. Replies from house sitters you contact can sometimes take a while and when they reply you may find your location and timing doesn’t suit their schedule. This means contacting house sitters one at a time can be a drawn out process. As a mature couple, well-travelled and keen to keep travelling while we can, we find house/pet sitting a wonderful way to achieve this. Win,win for all parties. A retired couple from Ulverstone in Tasmania who have been house sitting for several years now. We drive up from Melbourne so we have the use of our own car.
We have several referees and have looked after various pets for their owners. Prefer Northern NSW and South East Queensland.

We are a retired couple who enjoy pets. Our daughters have a groodle, a rescue greyhound and a collie which we house-sit and care for regularly, even though we don't have pets of our own at present. In the past we have had an Irsih Setter, a Cocker Spaniel ,a wide variety of rescue kittens and cats, and chickens.
