Hi there home owners...
I'm a professional Risk Management Consultant in Perth. Currently I'm looking for house-sitting positions within approx 50km of Perth.
I have a passion for animals - owned/raised quite a few over the years, including Andalusian horses, cats, dogs and my gorgeous Sussex Chickens, that I miss so muchly...
As a previous home owner, lessee, and currntly a house sitter, I'm quite OCD as a male (unusual I know) and can't deal with untidiness/uncleanliness at all.
I'm a very kind and generous person and I enjoy meeting people and getting to know them, like neighbours, people in the street, shop assistants, passers by, anyone really...
Quite capable with minor handyman work if required, able to complete all normal maintenance requirements wit high quality, like gardening, mowing, general house-care and pet care if required. Happy to provide references or other documents if required.
I do understand how difficult it can be to trust anyone sometimes, but I would rather meet you face to face and go from there...
