Hi. I am a permanent house sitter, love caring for homes , gardens and precious pets. Love travelling alone in my sedan , discovering new places, writing poetry and stories, Working with people as a carer or tutor. Non smoker, no pets. 61 fit and active . Started housesitting in Tasmania where I lived and worked as a literacy teacher. I would like to live in all capital cities of Australia for 12 months or more each, enjoying suburbs, city and going bush to polish my writing now and then. I generally make friends with people in the local bushwalking club and spend time in libraries and with arts groups.
I have had more than 12 months in Brisbane now and have loved it all, especially the amazing vegetation and visiting my elderly parents. Happy to be in country areas looking after small acreages, chooks, fish,sheep, and of course dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I particularly love old animals.
