Hello my name is David and my wife's name is Glenys we reside in Albury on the NSW/VIC border.
We are active retirees and non smokers.

We will be looking for a house sit for the months of June, July and August 2020 We are looking at places like Scarborough, Redcliffe, Rockhampton. But will consider other areas in Queensland or Mid Coast of NSW.
We love to do the house sits for for a month at a time or longer for the months listed above.

We have been house sitting for the past five years, Hervey Bay for three years for same couple, Sunshine Coast for two couples. Moreton Bay for a single lady . Gold Coast for a couple to mind their beautiful garden. Diamond Beach NSW for a couple this year looking after their little Shitzu dog and garden.

Once we commit to a house sit, we follow through by corresponding with the owners first to ensure they would be happy with us minding their precious pets, home and garden.

We have both held professional Managment positions with National Companies. We are NON smokers, fit and healthy.

We treat each house sit as if it is our own home, clean tidy and gardens well maintained and lawn mowed if required.

We have excellent references from our previous home owners.

“We have house sitters at least four times a year. We have a big house on acreage and three border collies. They're good dogs but they can be headstrong particularly as two of them are from working dog lines. Glenys and David George house sat for us for nearly 2 months in winter of 2017. They did an amazing job. They're the best house sitters we have ever had and we've been using house sitters 3 or 4 times a year now for nearly 14 yrs. They were ever so good with our dogs and our girls just loved David and he loved them too. He won over our headstrong girl, Jess and she would do anything for him. David is a true dog lover and the girls picked that up straight away. Our dogs thrived on the attention they got from Glenys and David and they were walked every day. When we came home every thing was immaculate. The house was definitely cleaner than when we left .....and I had a very clean house to begin with. Our garden was all weeded, watered, whipper snipped and tidied and it looked great. They did a wonderful job with the pool and the fruit trees and the vegetable garden. Our extra long driveway.....approx 150 meters of driveway ....had been swept of all leaves and debri. To ad to this, Glenys and David had washed and dried all linen and had put staples in our fridge so we didn't need to go to the shops after our long haul fights. They also made lunch for us on our return. They had thought of everything. Our neighbor had some major health issues whilst we were away and Glenys and David kindly helped them out over several weeks whilst we were away and whilst they were in hospital . So they were very much appreciated by not only us but by our neighbors as well. Glenys and David are very capable and thoughtful people. They're just lovely. They looked after our dogs and our house and our neighbors as if they lived here permanently. We can't praise or thank them enough for doing such a wonderful and caring job of our house sit.
