Hi,

We are a professional couple in our early 30s. We have been house sitting almost continuously since mid March 2011 (occasionally we have had a week or two gap between house sits)

In early March 2011 we left our jobs as a legal officer with the NSW Government (Lisa) and software developer for an IT consultancy (Duncan) to commit ourselves to our dream of starting a small business - Open Shed (can't put a link here, but just google us!) To enable us to do this we needed to reduce our outgoing expenditure. Rent was our single biggest living cost, so for us house sitting just makes sense.

We are still trying to keep our living costs as low as possible, but have also found that we love the house sitting lifestyle and feel very privileged to have the opportunity to care for so many lovely houses and gorgeous animals!

We are a great team to look after your home and animals while you are away.

We are more than happy to maintain any lawns, pools, collect mail etc.

We are honest, reliable, conscientious and clean.

We are animal lovers and look forward to giving your pets all the love and attention they are used to. We are both active people, so walking any dog every day would be a pleasure.

We are flexible about house sitting locations and just require internet access (more than happy to pay for our usage).

Happy to provide previous rental references and police checks.
