We are a happy, professional, non-smoking, fit and healthy mature couple with extensive experience in housekeeping, gardening, pet minding, building repairs and maintenance, pool maintenance, etc. Janett comes from a German background and started her life in Perth with a Border Collie/Kelpie and a baby Pink & Grey Gallah. Janett's love for all animals, big and small, is unconditional. Neil is a highly experienced ex WA Electrical Contractor with an extensive construction and maintenance background. We both grew up with cats, lived with dogs and birds and love caring for our house and garden. We both have worked together in the landscaping industry and come with a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. We are currently WA Government employees and Janett is working as the Assets, Contracts and Project Coordinator for the Rottnest Island Authority. Neil is working as a Project Manager for Parks and Wildlife, Swan Coastal District. For the past 5 years we have done extensive housesitting in a number of homes that included minding large vegetable gardens, landscaped gardens, pool maintenance, cleaning & housekeeping jobs and also looking after large and small dogs, cats and chickens. In 2018 we had spent 12 months in Europe where we added Working Away projects to our house sitting experience. We worked on two large properties in the Tuscany and Puglia undertaking house maintenance, housekeeping, garden projects, planting, etc. Our home owners are always very happy with our pet minding, work and cleanliness and one of the families now calls us their 'step family'. Looking after your pets, your house and garden will be a privilege for us and you will not be disappointed.
